Water Bikes are a fun, stable and easy to manoeuvre machine and is a great way of getting some exercise. The water bike pontoons were scientifically developed for optimum buoyancy, speed, and manoeuvrability. The propulsion system features a 90% efficient propeller which allows you to achieve cruise speeds of 4-6 mph with minimum effort.
This low-impact workout is gentle on joints and muscles compared to high-impact activities like running or jumping. Pedalling a water bike provides an excellent cardiovascular workout, helping to improve endurance and stamina. It also engages various muscle groups, including the legs, core, and arms, making it a full-body workout.
This makes it accessible to people of varying fitness levels and physical abilities. They offer a unique experience that combines the enjoyment of cycling with the tranquillity of being on the water.
Riding water bikes with family or friends can turn exercise into a social activity, promoting bonding and camaraderie. It provides an opportunity to spend quality time together while staying active and healthy and makes them an excellent choice for a family outing.
