Glide across calm water, soak up the scenery, and enjoy a great core workout without even realising it. It’s easy to pick up, making it ideal for beginners, but still exciting enough to keep everyone coming back for more.

Want to turn up the fun? Then .. take your paddleboard through our designated Aqua Park course and glide past all the action as people jump, climb, slide, and splash around you! Or, for the ultimate challenge, take on our Paddleboard Assault Coursethe only one of its kind in the UK — designed to test your balance, agility, and skills as you navigate your way across.

Paddleboarding is fantastic for building confidence, balance, and coordination in both kids and adults. And don’t worry — our fully qualified instructors will give you a full safety briefing before you head out on the water.

With minimal equipment needed and maximum enjoyment guaranteed, it’s the perfect way to get outdoors, try something new, and make unforgettable family memories.

PADDLEBOARD (SUP) FAQs

Stand up paddle boarding, also known as SUP, is a popular water sport activity that involves standing up on a board and using a paddle to make your way through the water. It is fitted with an ankle strap, and we suggest wearing one whilst using the board in order that if you fall off you will not lose the board.

No, this is an easy sport to learn and tests balance and agility. After initial instruction you can progress at a speed to suit.

Swimwear, gym style kit, or wetsuit should be fine. Aqua shoes, old trainers or bare foot is fine. But don’t forget sun protection if the weather is hot to avoid sunburn.

Yes, the buoyancy aid provided must always be worn whilst on the water.

It’s not guaranteed that you will stay dry so be prepared to get wet! Many novices stay completely dry apart from wet feet and the odd splash.

No, all persons going onto the water must be able to swim.

Yes, minors need to be over 10years of age to hire a SUP and their participation must be signed for by a parent or guardian.

Yes, you can add a passenger, but you must be over 18 years of age to do so.

30 minutes prior to your session, so please allow enough travel time as lateness cannot guarantee participation.

We require 48 hours’ notice to move a booking or receive a refund. participation.

Yes, this must be completed online prior to arrival at the centre.

NO, you may only participate if you are physically fit and able.

As this is a water sport you may be getting wet anyway! We would only cancel a session due to strong winds or during a thunderstorm – see our weather policy on our website for full details.

Yes, maximum weight is 114 kg/18 stone.

Yes, however it must be secured by a chest harness – wearing a camera is at your own risk. We cannot be held responsible for any lost devices.

No, every booking must be done online via our website, but if you wish to do another activity after a booked session this is possible.
